After ordering several plaque mounted prints, they arrived damaged and we were very impressed by the professional and caring way the issue was resolved. Lots of email communication to keep us in the loop with the damage claim - the shipping company responsible for the damage. I got the canvas of a picture my husband really liked with the gel embellishment for his birthday. He loved it! It turned out really cool. USA on Canvas was the only company that I could find that did the gel embellishment. For me I think that added effect really makes the picture.
