Thanks for your excellent customer service on getting this right in the end. I can't hide my disappointment with your quality control considering this order was placed Feb 1st. The quality of framing material is excellent and the quality of the completed frames is exceptional. They are delivered on a tight schedule and the packing is the best I have ever had.
