Lots of email communication to keep us in the loop with the damage claim - the shipping company responsible for the damage. They did everything I could have asked for. They spent the time to help me figure out which photo\'s had enough resolution to print on the large size I wanted and which photos would work for which sizes. They were honest with me if they thought a picture would not look good. My canvas were at my door in one, in 6 business days. They were packaged very well to ensure there was no damage. I couldn\'t be happier with my experience and the product they produced. I would use them again without a doubt and would recommend them for anyone wanting to get a canvas print.
