Hi, just a suggestion I do really like your printing, maybe the customer could be told in advance that the lead time will not be 1-2 days but 10 days. I know lead times can vary that\'s fine but almost 2 weeks before it\'s shipped? I would still have submitted the order but I would have had the most urgent print done locally.Next time I need it within 2 weeks I\'ll pay fexpress shipping but it looks like it still would have taken 10 days before shipping.

I have to say I was a little shocked at how well my canvas print turned out. I have been using another company for the last two years and there is a big difference in how great this one looks that I just had done.
On the negative, I wasnt to crazy about the frame as it doesnt match the print very well. But that was my fault as I choose one with just a guess... (would be good if you had a live preview with the frame choice)
also I wish the price was just a tad cheaper like maybe a coupon for repeat purchases etc. I normally order about 20 prints a year and will definately give you guys another try before I move my business over to you on a regular basis.. (I have found with some companys the quality can very on each order)

I just want to say, it turned out magnificent. Such gorgeous coloring, and perfectly printed for my series I am doing on my walls. I can't believe how gorgeous it turned out. You have great staff, who were so helpful and I couldn't have asked for better service. Received our order today, and everything arrived safely and in good order. We think your production of our images is truly elegant. We\'ve opened for our 21st season and we know from the last two seasons that metal prints have sold very well. So we will soon be following up with another order in time for the high summer season and also will be introducing some new images.
