not happy
I ordered 3 shadow boxes that I was going to give as Christmas presents. The quality of the frames themselves were fantastic, I was very happy with them. Unfortunately they sent the wrong foam core backing (I ordered black, but they sent white) so I had to spend another $16 on Amazon to purchase the correct colour. I tried to reach out to them via phone call numerous times, but nobody ever answered. I even left a voice mail and nobody got back to me. Overall, happy with frames, but hard to contact them if issues arise.

I am thrilled with the custom white floater frame I ordered! Finally, an arts and frames resource that maintains excellent quality from order to framing!! It arrived in perfect condition thanks to top notch packaging. All hardware included was of the highest quality and compactly bagged. It is so good to know there are still a few businesses out there that promote high quality and actually live up to their advertised standards. I\'m ecstatic!
