High quality work can often be measured not only by the product itself, but also by the way it was packaged and shipped. It was packaged in a very secure and high quality fashion and protected properly against damage. My thanks to you and your entire production staff. I am feeling extremely disappointed. I ordered early; clearly communicated that the client absolutely needed the order to install no later than Nov 14th. Called twice to ensure this was understood and was assured it was no problem. Now the order is not arriving until Nov 25th! Really bad
