Lots of email communication to keep us in the loop with the damage claim - the shipping company responsible for the damage. Two canvas\\\'s purchased and they look amazing! Product quality is fantastic...way beyond our expectations. Only thing I would have to say was a negative is the fact that I qualified for free shipping and had chosen this but they were not delivered...we had to pick them up instead which was out of our way.
