Not Happy... The instructions and feedback messages would have to be a bit more friendly. There was no way of knowing if the order had been sent or received by you. Because of that I re-ordered and should not have. The picture arrived with the mounting hook on the wrong end. If I use the mounting hook then the picture is upside down.
Other than that the framing and photo is very good.

Jenn, | Delivery method issue Thank you for my order of frames. They arrived in great condition and they are very good quality.
Only issue is that the post-person left the package in the apartment lobby. Luckily my neighbor took the package in and contacted me.
Next time we should put a notice to leave a delivery notice, not the package.

Nass, | I ordered a 36 x 36 canvas print of a photo I took in Tofino at Chesterman beach. Within a few hours - I had an email from Cynthia advising the resolution wasn\'t good enough to see if I had another file, to offer alternatives if not. I ended up switching to a better photo.
