impressive quality but...
Overall the quality of my print was impressive, however there are a few small areas that have white marks where the gloss adhered to the backing of the canvas as it was rolled for shipping. I suspect this was due to haste and do not fault keenart entirely for their eagerness to ship my order although as the image is now I am reluctant to hang it on the wall. There is also a scratch approximately 3cm on the right side of the image that is rather unsightly.

Got my order and everything is great. Canvas Floater Frames arrived in perfect condition. Good packing. Pics are now all framed up and good for show.

My online dealing with you is good However , I am not impressed with your courier CanPar. I would suggest you find someone new . Their tracking system told me I was suppose to get the parcel by end of the day yesterday and I have received nothing . I went online to find out where it is and all they say is that maybe today or tomorrow and yet their system says it is being held in Nanaimo?rnI looked them up online and they seem to have consistent BAD reviews rnI am now wondering where the parcel really is ?

Hello. Just want to let you know that I received the replacement metal print. We immediately put it up on the wall. We thank you. We were very pleased with the quality of the hanging frame that you installed. Looks quite elegant. The metal prints continue to sell well and, again, the excellence of your product is a major contributing factor. Lots of people think that the print is on glass and constantly mention the vividness of the colors. So good work. We'll be back for more.
