I have been ordering from EOC from quite a while and really impressed with the clear and prompt communication. Any help or guide needed for selection of panels. It\'s very easy to order big orders from their website. I requested once that I need a panel as soon as possible, they shipped it the next day and I received it in 2 days without any extra charges. I ordered a Standard Plaque Mount and they shipped me a FLOAT MOUNT. I called to talk to them about returning for a refund. The Manager (Azda of which I could not hardly understand) said I had to pay for the shipping back to them and they would not refund till they received their mess up back. I am a little preturbed about this considering IT\\\'S THEIR SCREW UP! I am NOT saticfied AT ALL!
