We're definitely impressed with the work from KeenArt, and our clients linger studying the images and buying them, of course, and are curious about the process (we have a description of the process of dye sublimation on the wall). Hopefully, we will be able to order another batch before the season closes down, but that all depends on how the covid virus behaves and affects our traffic.

We are so pleased with our art and our experience. After ordering several plaque mounted prints, they arrived damaged and we were very impressed by the professional and caring way the issue was resolved. Lots of email communication to keep us in the loop with the damage claim - the shipping company responsible for the damage. I am not happy with your service. On April 17. I was miss-leaded by your information to assume that the regular delivery time was 5 days, and I gave 20% extra $ to have my frame in 2 days. When I tracked the package, the expected delivery day was April 29. I missed my deadlines because of that. I expect to get my 33$ for \'speedy delivery\' back.
You may be loosing big orders from me. This was a test order. Also, the marked weight on the parcel was 2x more than reality (hence the larger amount for delivery then promised by your Web-page?) Very negative experience.
