Delay in production
Ordered a gallery wrap print on 1st October. I am based in London and needed the print to go to a friend\'s gallery in New York - hence choosing this printer. It\'s only just been printed and is now not going to reach it\'s destination for another week - a week late. Follow up emails got no response and ended up having to phone from the UK. It would have been quicker to have it printed in the UK and shipped from here. Really wished I hadn\'t used this service.

The four posters arrived today. They look great, everyone here is excited to see them. The quality of the printing and the mounting is excellent. As the designer, the best thing for me is that they look just like what I saw on my computer. Great job, thanks.

I am constantly amazed that the photographs I submit to you for mounting on canvas (which I already view as beautiful) are made even more beautiful by your people!! You find colors in my pictures that I am not even aware are there.
